Cooper Wellness Program Offers multi-day programs emphasizing a realistic approach to positive lifestyle change. Provides tools to improve fitness levels, eat nutritionally, lose weight, and reduce stress. (Dallas, TX). [This program is on my wish list to attend in the future.]
Omega Institute for Holistic Studies A nonprofit holistic health organization that offers lots of workshops, conferences, and retreats focused on wellness and personal growth. (Rhinebeck, NY). [I have attended two of their week-long workshops – excellent instructors and relaxing atmosphere in a nature setting.]

The Center for Journal Therapy Kathleen (“Kay”) Adams, LPC, RPT, Founder and Director of this therapeutic writing center, offers trainings, workshops, and consultations on the subject of journaling. She is a best-selling author, speaker, psychotherapist, and visionary. (Lakewood, CO). [I attended her week-long journal workshop and a multi-day Journal Conference she coordinated. I also contributed a short blurb to one of her books. Kay is a leader in the field of journal therapy, and she has a wealth of knowledge and an engaging style.]
