Start Search For Inner Peace

Imagine how much calmer you would be if you embraced peace.  Although war and unrest exist in the world, we can each choose to personally create a sense of peace within our daily lives.  This can take a variety of forms.  Yoga, meditation, reflection, and prayer are a few examples.
 
Peace allows us to live a mindful and serene existence.  By letting go of some of our emotional baggage we open our minds and hearts to a healthier way of being.  Our peace-loving thoughts and behaviors will produce more of the same.  We reap what we sow, therefore let us aim to produce good karma.
 
Remember the Serenity Prayer:  "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference."
 
Inner peace is achievable through time, effort, and commitment.  Do you want it?
